ここのところ、秋は一瞬で過ぎ去ってしまうような気がしてるので、ちょっとの時間、楽しみたいと思います。
が、本日、9月末日も台風が近づいてきていて、西日本の方は大変そうです。
大きな被害が出なければ良いのですが。
私ですが、10月、11月は、ワークショップのお手伝いなどでお休みが多くなってしまっております。

食欲の秋、読書の秋、芸術の秋、など言いますが、身体を見つめなおすのにもいい時期なのではないでしょうか。
