暑い夏が来てますね。
私は、6月に10年続いた研修に一区切りがついて、その内容も含め、ロルフィングの研鑽せねばと思い直してるところです。ヒトの存在、人の存在、ひとの存在。なかなか、探求するところがいっぱいです。
からだ、って不思議だなぁ。
